I am a 72 year old Conservative who has never cast a vote. My reason is simple. under our Political structure, voting was a waste of time. However, given the situation our country is in, I feel compelled to help send all the politicians in Washington home and start over again.
I am in contact with over 50 of my Air Force buddies from the 1950s, all of who are either very conservative or disgusted Liberals. We are the perfect voting block, All seniors, All Veterans, and all are sick and tired of corrupt politicians.
I intend to cast my first vote ever in the 2010 elections and see if one vote actually makes a difference.
